Oral presentation was made at IEEE AP-S@Portland

We gave an oral presentation at the international conference IEEE AP-S. This year, the conference was held in Portland, Oregon, USA. The weather was cooler and more comfortable than in Japan. The corona effect was not so strong and there were many participants.
